Payments, Delivery and Refunds


You can pay in Four ways

  • Online using our secure payment gateways (VoguePay or CashEnvoy). You have the following options – Visa, MasterCard, eTranzact, GTBank Internet Banking, Verve
  • Bank Transfer into our accounts – Sterling Bank: 0016572255 or GTB : 0160408750
  • Cash on Delivery
  • A Jedidiah’s Place Gift Card. The value of the Gift Card can be redeemed using the code sent to the gift card purchaser when he/she purchased the Gift Card during checkout at other shopping sessions until exhausted.



We aim to deliver all orders within 7 business days. Orders for Lagos will be delivered within 48 hours of the receipt of payment.



It is our goal to ensure that as our customer you are happy with your purchases from our store. In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with your purchase, please note the following:

We will accept items which are not worn, used, damaged or in any way altered. The product must have the return tag attached to it and must remain in its original packaging. You will have the choice of a refund or an exchange (The choice is yours to make).

Process for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Within 7 business days of your receiving your item, please indicate your intention to return the item through the contact form on our Contact Page.
  • We will acknowledge your email and await the return of the item to the address on your invoice within another 5 business days.
  • Once the item has been received, we will conduct a quality check on it and if the item does not pass the quality check you will be promptly informed.
  • If the item passes the quality check we will refund the cost of the product and the cost of returning the product.
  • All items that were purchased on sale cannot be returned once paid for and received from the delivery courier.
  • All your rights remain.
